2019 has been a busy year for us. As we move towards its close it’s the perfect time to take a quick look behind before setting our sights on 2020.
In March we officially launched Legacy Real Estate and moved into a new office. We had to get quickly up to speed with a new technology provider and procedures all while attending to our sellers and buyers. To keep up with demand we hired a new staff member and an additional agent, Jennifer Hughes. Now with Jennifer on board, Legacy Real Estate expands its reach to Marin and Marin County. What a year it has been!
It makes us truly excited about what 2020 will hold. While nothing is certain in life or real estate, having the right realtor on your side will ensure you overcome any hidden or unwanted surprises. Here are 5 predictions for the coming year.
