Live in the Bayview district!
Known as one of San Francisco’s sunniest neighborhoods with near-instant access to the 101 and 280 freeways, this lesser-known San Francisco neighborhood has unique advantages and charm. The district is home to around 13k residents and has higher than average rates of home homeownership and plot size. Real estate in the Bayview is revered for its fantastic weather, proximity to the waterfront and parks, and opportunities as major construction extends down 3rd street. Carren and Jennifer moved to the Bayview in 2014 and are keen to share their insights and recommendations.
