373 Richland moved quickly. After 6 days on market, this home closed for $1,615,000. 24% over asking. This 3 bed 2 bath sits on a nearly 2,500 sqft lot. The home comes with a one-car garage, deck area, and large flat yard. Close to Holly Park and the coffee shop Cafeto.
