The area is called Stonestown / Parkmerced, a community developed in the early 40’s that radiates out from Juan Bautista Circle park. Let us be clear, it is not just ideal for golfers. Walking trails abound, it is dog friendly, and offers easy access to all your shopping needs. Dare we say Stonestown Galleria is a stone’s throw away? Shopping could not be any simpler. Stonestown / Parkmerced is also conveniently located near the 280 with quick access to downtown and any south bound destination. Take advantage of plenty of public transportation as well with access to the Muni M-Ocean View light rail, BART, Sams Route 122 and Muni buses 57, 28 and 29.

In addition, Stonestown is close to Sigmund Stern Grove, a full outdoor recreation complex with fields, courts, playgrounds and a newly renovated concert meadow. Stern Grove is best known for its beloved summer festival series where you will experience world-class symphony, opera, dance and music. Bring a blanket, picnic and relax.
